As an adopted girl myself, I can't tell ya how much I relate to some of Gillian's lyrics...and that old southern sound is on time for all of us who appreciate American music and its history and roots and the tales it can tell, so I just have an overwhelming sense of gratitude for this music--and will never forget the first time I heard a GW/DR song--red clay halo--man, it struck a chord!
